30-Day Return Window: You have up to 30 days from the date you receive your package to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 30-day return window. You can reach us via email at oliccui@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if your return meets our policy requirements.
Return Fee:
a. A flat return fee of $7 (USD) will be charged for all returns, regardless of the reason for return, unless otherwise specified in these terms.
b. The return fee shall be deducted from the refund amount issued to the Customer upon successful return of the item.


Damaged Items:
a. In the event that the returned item is damaged or defective, the return fee will be waived.
b. The Company reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned item to determine eligibility for fee waiver under this provision.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply in certain cases.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.


Final Sale Items:
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
